Kōrero for Change | Justice webinar
An accessible and inclusive justice system is a cornerstone of a fair and democratic society. Yet disabled people in Aotearoa continue to face significant barriers to equitable treatment within the legal system — from physical inaccessibility in courtrooms, to communication barriers, systemic bias, and lack of representation. True justice means more than equal treatment — it requires dismantling the structures that exclude and disadvantage.
Join us for a powerful and thought-provoking session as we explore how the justice system can be reimagined to centre the voices, rights, and experiences of disabled people and those with access needs.
