A continuation of Te Whare Tapa Au, this online workshop provides a deeper space to explore, embrace, and define what hauora (wellbeing) looks and feels like for you.

By examining wellbeing through a te ao Māori lens, this two-hour online session invites participants to recognise how our values, integrity and choices determine our health and balance.

Following on from the Te Whare Tapa Au workshop, it delves into a seasonal approach to hauora, reflecting on how different times in our lives bring new opportunities to pause, rejuvenate, and re-evaluate.

To get the most out of this workshop, participants need to have completed one of the two other workshops in the Hauora Ako series (Tapa Whare Au or Tapa Whare Mahi).

The Hauora Ako series is presented in partnership with a subject matter expert and will be facilitated by Tuihana Ohia – read more about Tuihana here.
