International Allied Health Conference 2024
The National University Health System (NUHS), together with Singapore Health Services (SingHealth) and National Healthcare Group (NHG), are organising the International Allied Health Conference 2024 (IAHC 2024), held in conjunction with the 3rd Singapore Allied Health Conference (SAHC) from 1-5 November 2024 at Singapore Expo, Singapore.
This is the first time that Singapore will host the IAHC 2024, and we are expecting more than 700 international and local Allied Health leaders and professionals at the conference. The Guest-of-Honour gracing the conference's opening ceremony is Mr Masagos Zulkifli, Minister for Social and Family Development & Second Minister for Health.
There are a total of 7 concurrent tracks, addressing the entire healthcare continuum and professional themes:
• Primary care and population health
• Acute and tertiary care
• Community and long-term care
• Leadership and transformation
• Education and diagnostics
There will be a total of 88 invited speakers (20 overseas, 68 local) speaking across 18 symposia and 3 plenary discussions, 114 oral presentations, and 173 poster presentations.
This conference is supported by the Global Allied Health Network (GAHN) – a collaborative network of Allied Health leaders from all over the world formed in 2023. We will also be hosting the first GAHN summit during the conference.
Notable speakers at the conference include Professor Beverley Harden, MBE; and Emeritus Professor Mary Lovegrove, OBE, who will deliver the opening and closing keynote lectures respectively. Other esteemed speakers from the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, who will be plenary speakers in the respective sessions.
