On Thursday the 23rd of March, there is an evening 3-honour webinar from 5-pm-8-pm (AEDT) on treatment for selective mutism in schools and preschools.

Selective mutism is a severe but treatable anxiety disorder. It generally takes 1-2 years of treatment to resolve, and requires an intensive school or preschool program.

On Thursday the 23rd of March, there is an evening 3-honour webinar from 5-pm-8-pm (AEDT) on treatment for selective mutism in schools and preschools. This webinar is suitable for primary and preschool teachers who have a child in their class with Selective Mutism, school psychologists, learning support teams, and parents of children with Selective Mutism or extreme shyness.

The webinar covers why some children are unable to talk in school or are very reluctant to talk, and specific strategies to gradually enable them to become confident communicators at school with their classroom teacher, other teachers and peers.

If you can’t make the live webinar, our website has options to purchase the following;
