Part-Time Speech-Language Therapist – Join Our Supportive and Dedicated Team

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an NZSTA registered Speech-language Therapist to join our passionate and supportive team at Swallow and Speech Therapy Consultants (SSTC).
This is a part-time role approximately 2 days/week.
We offer a flexible working environment and hours, allowing a mix of on-site and remote work, along with opportunities to increase your hours if desired.
About the Role
This rewarding position focuses on supporting adults in aged care settings and with intellectual disabilities, specifically addressing dysphagia needs. The role provides a great balance between meaningful, client-focused work and flexibility, making it ideal for professionals with families or those seeking supplementary income to complement an existing part-time position. About You
To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-language Therapy or equivalent.
- Registered member of the New Zealand Speech-language Therapists’ Association (NZSTA) with a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- A strong interest in adult dysphagia and communication difficulties.
- Excellent communication skills, takes initiative and can work autonomously, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
