AEIOU has eleven (11) Centres located across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland, the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, and regional cities including Bundaberg, Townsville, and Toowoomba. AEIOU further has Centres in Adelaide (South Australia) and in our capital Canberra.

Speech & Language Therapists/ Speech Pathologists at AEIOU
Whether you are an experienced Speech Pathologist, or a newly graduated applicant, AEIOU has a variety of opportunities that can tailor your experience with our organisation.
At AEIOU, a dedicated team of education and therapy professionals work together to support each child and their family. This team is comprised of speech pathologists, occupational therapists, early childhood teachers and educators. 
As a Graduate, this is an excellent opportunity to start your career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of young children with autism, and their families. We have professional development and supervision frameworks to support newly graduated candidates, and you will work in a values based collaborative team environment.
For experienced Professionals, AEIOU offers continued growth across your professional skill set including sharing with you our subject matter expertise. Experienced Speech Pathologists in our teams become involved with providing training and supervision to education and operational team members in their area of expertise, and there are opportunities to engage externally with our community programs or advance to Program Coordination and Clinical Service Manager positions. Your experience is acknowledged through higher mapped remuneration offerings, and positions are available that blend work in our centre, with additional opportunities in our community programs, and more senior functions across internal and external education training in your area of expertise.

About AEIOU Foundation
At AEIOU Foundation, we have a simple, yet sincere goal: to provide life-changing early intervention for young children with autism. It’s how we do it that sets us apart from everybody else. 
AEIOU Foundation is an established early intervention service that supports children in a naturalistic, play-based and neurodiversity affirming environment. 
AEIOU is family-focused, so that in addition to supporting children to achieve their individual goals, families receive training and support through online education and parent engagement sessions.
AEIOU is a Not-for-Profit organisation with a team of 350 employees operating across eleven (11) locations.  
AEIOU’s service is built on a foundation of support and respect for children and families and evidence-based practices and research. AEIOU proudly contributes to better understanding the experiences and needs of children and their families as they navigate the early years of development in Australia. 
Along with providing early intervention, AEIOU is also committed to research. We chair a Research Advisory Group, and we are a funding-partner of the first national Autism Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) and a founding-partner of the Griffith University Autism Centre of Excellence. AEIOU provides strong advocacy at both State and Federal Government levels to help raise awareness and increase the support for children with autism and their families.
  
Our Speech Pathologists
At AEIOU our Speech Pathologists provide specialist therapy support for children with autism spectrum disorder, their families and carers. This includes contributing to the design and implementation of Individual Plans that support each child to develop specific expressive and receptive language skills, social skills, and other self-help skills.
Areas of growth for our Speech Pathologists includes provide training and supervision to education and operational team members in their area of expertise, and there are opportunities to engage with community service offerings or advance to program coordination and clinical service manager positions.
We are looking for… Speech Pathologists that are open to grow and apply their learnings in our space of expertise, supporting children with autism.
