We're growing across Australia — and we're looking for Speech Pathologists who are passionate about delivering real outcomes, with the support of a multidisciplinary team behind them.

New to the profession? You won’t be flying solo.

We offer a fully structured 12-month graduate support program that includes:

• A full week of induction + a couple of weeks of shadowing to ease you in

• Weekly 1:1 supervision and clinical mentoring (which does not cease after new graduate year) 

• Group mentoring, skills workshops and core skills and peer connection

• Regular PD, internal speakers and hands-on learning

Requirements

What you’ll need:

• Speech Pathology degree + NZSTA new graduate or full membership (we can work with both)

• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check (with support through recruitment process to apply for each)

• Driver’s licence + reliable car
