Right now, we are looking for a qualified Speech Language Therapist with a passion for working in a generalist health setting where no two days are the same! You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a truly varied role where there is never a dull moment or a day that looks like another!
Timaru Hospital is a generalist hospital offering challenge, variety and the opportunity to learn diverse skills in a supportive environment. In this role you would mostly be assessing and treating adult inpatient, outpatient and community caseloads.
Candidates must have the following:
- A Speech Language Therapy degree
- Two to four years experience as a Speech Language Therapist
- Experience in an acute hospital would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Good initiative and self-management skills
- A current driver’s licence
