From Assessment to Intervention: The Complete Hanen Parent Coaching Framework

• This presentation will cover parent coaching and introduce information from It Takes Two to Talk® and More Than Words®.
• It’s open to SLPs only.
• The presentation is 90 minutes
• It’s valued at 0.15 CEUs and 1.5 Professional Development Hours. ASHA CEUs are only available to participants who attend for the complete duration of the event.
• This presentation is open to members of Hanen's Partner Associations only, and the registration link should not be provided to non-members. You may, however, promote the session (without the registration link) to non-members and/or expired members to encourage them to register for or renew membership with your association.
• No recordings will be made available.

Eligible for 0.15 ASHA CEUs, this engaging presentation will discuss common challenges SLPs encounter when involving parents in early intervention, and demonstrate an evidence-based model that:

• Effectively engages parents from the beginning to ensure their best learning.
• Supports SLPs through every step of the process, from assessment to goal setting to strategy selection to parent coaching.
• Provides a clear structure complete with handouts, coaching slides and videos, while also ensuring room for individualized clinical judgment. 
• Can be applied flexibly within your service delivery, including in group and individual sessions, as well as in-person and online.
